$99 (Applied toward compounded GLP1 if you are not approved)

Beginning July 1, eligible Medicare Part D patients may qualify to receive brand-name Zepbound® KwikPen for just $50/month through the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge Program (currently available through December 2027).

Our team will review your eligibility, coordinate the required insurance steps, and complete the necessary prior authorization once Lilly Direct initiates the Bridge Program process.

What Your $99 Includes

• Physician review of your eligibility
• Verification that you meet Medicare Bridge Program criteria
• Prescription sent to Lilly Direct
• Coordination with the pharmacy and Medicare Bridge Program
• Completion and submission of the required prior authorization after the pharmacy initiates the process
• Ongoing assistance throughout the enrollment process

If you are ultimately not eligible or are denied, your entire $99 will be credited toward compounded GLP1 through DrBrainRx.

You May Qualify If You Have Medicare Part D AND:

Option 1

BMI ≥27 plus one of the following:

• Prediabetes
• Previous heart attack (MI)
• Previous stroke
• Symptomatic peripheral artery disease (PAD)

Option 2

BMI ≥30 plus one of the following:

• Hypertension that remains uncontrolled despite medication
• Chronic kidney disease
• Heart failure

Option 3

BMI ≥35

• No additional medical conditions required.

Important Information

• You must have Medicare Part D prescription coverage.
• The $50/month applies to the medication only. DrBrainRx Care Access fees are separate.
• Medical documentation may be required to verify qualifying conditions.
• If your Medicare plan already covers Zepbound, this program is generally not necessary.
• If you do not qualify, compounded tirzepatide remains available starting at $299/month, and your $99 enrollment fee will be applied toward your first medication purchase.

How the Process Works

1. Purchase the Medicare Bridge Program Enrollment Review.
2. Our provider reviews your eligibility.
3. We send your prescription to Lilly Direct with the required Medicare Bridge Program notation.
4. Lilly Direct submits the initial Medicare claim.
5. After the required Medicare denial is received, Lilly Direct initiates the Bridge Program.
6. Lilly Direct contacts you to complete enrollment.
7. The required prior authorization is sent to DrBrainRx for completion.
8. Once approved, you'll receive brand-name Zepbound KwikPen for $50/month through the Medicare Bridge Program.
