Because DrBrainRx provides physician-guided telehealth services and prescription medications, our refund policy differs from standard retail policies.
Prescription Medications
All prescription medications are dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies pursuant to a valid medical evaluation.
Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, as well as medication safety standards:
Prescription medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once shipped.
This includes:

GLP-1 medications

Hormone therapies
-
Injectable or oral prescription treatments

Any compounded medications
This policy exists to protect patient safety and maintain medication integrity.
Exceptions (Pharmacy Error Only)
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

Medication was shipped to an incorrect address due to pharmacy error

Incorrect medication or dose was dispensed by the pharmacy
Issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.
Photos and documentation may be required.
Telehealth Services & Membership Fees
Fees related to:

Medical evaluations
-
Membership programs
-
Physician consults
-
Prior authorization assistance
-
Administrative or processing services
are non-refundable once services have been initiated.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase through DrBrainRx, you acknowledge:

You are purchasing telehealth services and/or prescription medications

You have reviewed and agreed to our consent forms and financial policies

Refund eligibility is limited as described above
Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including:

Signed medical consent forms

Order confirmation records

Shipment tracking confirmation

Telehealth visit documentation
