Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

Because DrBrainRx provides physician-guided telehealth services and prescription medications, our refund policy differs from standard retail policies.

Prescription Medications

All prescription medications are dispensed by licensed U.S. pharmacies pursuant to a valid medical evaluation.

Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations, as well as medication safety standards:

Prescription medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once shipped.

This includes:

  • GLP-1 medications

  • Hormone therapies

  • Injectable or oral prescription treatments

  • Any compounded medications

This policy exists to protect patient safety and maintain medication integrity.

Exceptions (Pharmacy Error Only)

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • Medication was shipped to an incorrect address due to pharmacy error

  • Incorrect medication or dose was dispensed by the pharmacy

Issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.

Photos and documentation may be required.
