A clinician–patient relationship is established only after a licensed provider has reviewed your medical information and determines that treatment is appropriate.

Third-Party Pharmacy Fulfillment

DrBrainRx does not manufacture, compound, or ship medications.

All prescriptions are fulfilled by:

• Licensed U.S. pharmacies

• Independent shipping carriers

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Weather disruptions

• Address entry errors by the patient

• Lost packages once confirmed delivered

However, we will help coordinate resolution when possible.

Payment Agreement

By purchasing services or products, you acknowledge:

• You have completed required medical intake forms

• You understand applicable membership fees

• You authorize charges for telehealth services and medications

• You agree to the refund policy outlined above

This supplements any signed financial consent documents.

Appropriate Use

Services may not be used:

• Without medical disclosure honesty

Limitation of Liability

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Shipping delays outside our control

• Pharmacy dispensing errors (though we assist resolution)

Nothing limits provider responsibility for professional medical care where required by law.
